TwoEggFrypan Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of TwoEggFrypan (we, us or our). By creating or using an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.

2. Eligibility and invitations
TwoEggFrypan is an invitation-only service intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering this agreement, and permitted to use the service under applicable law. Invitations are personal, may be withdrawn, and do not guarantee admission or continued access. You are responsible for people you knowingly invite and must not sell, trade, automate or misuse invitations.

3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care. You must not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, evade restrictions, or access another account without permission.

4. Acceptable use
You must not use TwoEggFrypan to break the law; threaten, harass, stalk or deliberately intimidate people; promote hatred or targeted abuse; publish unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent or privacy-invasive material; distribute spam, malware or scams; exploit or sexualise minors; share intimate material without consent; interfere with the service; scrape or automate access without written permission; or encourage another person to do any of these things.

5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical display, and communicate that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve and promote the service. This licence ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal retention, prior sharing by other users, and records required for safety or dispute resolution.

You warrant that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content and that its use as contemplated by these Terms will not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.

6. Moderation and enforcement
We may investigate reports and take proportionate action, including limiting visibility, removing content, restricting invitations, suspending or terminating accounts, and preserving evidence. We will exercise these powers reasonably and in good faith, but urgent safety or legal concerns may require action without advance notice. Nothing in these Terms obliges us to monitor every communication or prevents you from contacting emergency services or relevant authorities.

7. Privacy and communications
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You agree to receive essential service communications, including security, account, moderation and policy notices. Marketing communications, if introduced, will be handled separately and may be opted out of where required by law.

8. Beta service and availability
TwoEggFrypan may contain unfinished features, defects and interruptions. We may change, suspend or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service. We will not materially reduce your statutory rights.

9. Third-party services and links
The service may display links or previews relating to third parties. We do not control or endorse third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

10. Intellectual property
Except for user content, TwoEggFrypan and its software, branding, layout and original materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may use them only as necessary to use the service. You must not copy, reverse engineer, commercially exploit or remove proprietary notices except where applicable law permits it.

11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of data caused by matters outside our reasonable control, or loss arising from another user's conduct. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the affected service or the reasonable cost of doing so.

12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable loss, liability and expense we incur because of your unlawful conduct, your material breach of these Terms, or content you submit that unlawfully infringes another person's rights. This clause does not apply to loss caused by our negligence, breach or unlawful conduct.

13. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using the service and request account deletion through available account tools. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated breach, safety risks, legal requirements, fraud, or serious operational harm. Where reasonable, we will explain the action and provide a way to seek review.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be presented for acceptance before continued use. The version and acceptance time are recorded. Changes do not operate retrospectively unless required by law or expressly agreed.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes, subject to any non-excludable rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere.

16. Severability and entire agreement
If part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any expressly incorporated policy form the agreement governing your use of TwoEggFrypan.

17. Contact
Questions, complaints and legal notices may be submitted through the site's reporting or administration contact facilities until a dedicated contact address is published.
